Well, if you're an artist this is a prime example why you should NEVER sell the publishing rights to your music. 30 years later it may be used for anything and if you don't own your publishing rights or a good percentage of it at the least, an old executive and his grandchildren will be getting your money along with all these other young, thirsty artists (and producers) signing slave contracts right now.. Salt & Pepa were smart and still earn off some of their music to this very day. Don't listen if you want fam! I warned ya!‪
